Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original Louna & Solce packaging.
Items must be returned with all original documentation and certificates.
We cannot accept returns of:
Custom-made or bespoke pieces
Engraved items
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Please note that shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and ensuring the safe delivery of returned items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or design, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at lounasolcejewelry@gmail.com. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost.
